Shipping Policy

At ShopzConnect, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery of quality kraft paper bags to customers across Australia.

1. Delivery Locations

We deliver Australia-wide to residential and business addresses.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. ShopzConnect is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 2–3 business days Australia-wide, depending on your location, courier availability, and order volume.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, weather events, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

For bulk, wholesale, or large-volume orders, shipping may be quoted separately depending on the order size, weight, and delivery location.

5. Authority to Receive Delivery

Please provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive the order during normal business hours.

If delivery requires a signature and no one is available, the courier may leave a card, attempt redelivery, or redirect the parcel according to their delivery process. Additional redelivery charges may apply if charged by the courier.

6. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Some courier services may not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. We recommend using a physical street address, especially for bulk or box-quantity orders.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, missing items, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at sales@shopzconnect.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution, such as replacement, refund, or other remedy where required.

8. Delivery Delays

ShopzConnect will do its best to assist with delivery issues; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, incorrect customer details, or events outside our reasonable control.
